About Lucas Sheets - Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati
Lucas is an attorney with experience on a wide range of corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, private equity, venture capital, SEC compliance, business entity formations and various corporate governance matters. As an associate attorney, Lucas has taken important roles in transactions from beginning to end, working closely with clients, partners and other associates. Lucas often takes lead roles in due diligence, drafting and deal management. In addition to his transactional work, Lucas has extensive pro bono experience with not-for-profit business formation and general governance.
