Getting to market is one of the hardest things a founder does, and one of the least talked about honestly. GTM Lab is a monthly session where a small group of founders come together to share what's working, what's not, and what they're still figuring out in their go-to-market motion.

Each session is moderated by a practitioner with real GTM experience, not theory.

Our July session is led by Elio Narciso, Co-founder and CEO of Scalestack and a former Principal BD and Program Manager at AWS, where he built and ran a global GTM program supporting hundreds of scaling startups, including Notion, Webflow, and Zapier. He's a 3x founder with two exits and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
