Company culture is often a key indicator of success. It correlates with employee satisfaction and can be a strong recruiting tool. According to one report, 88 percent of job seekers consider company culture when evaluating prospective employers.

In less than three years, millennial and GenZ workers will make up 70 percent of the workforce. Research increasingly shows that employees of these generations want to be a part of an organization that lives out its values and makes an impact.

However, when founders aren’t intentional about establishing and nurturing their company’s culture, it can have a negative impact on recruitment and retention. Another report found that 73 percent of professionals have left a job because they disliked the company culture.

At a Founders Network event on July 28, 2022, recruiting professional and company culture guru Rob Napoli will share his hard-won secrets for building an intentional company culture and recruiting talent. Hear from Napoli and engage in a roundtable discussion with your tech startup founder peers.

Napoli will cover:

  • How to establish and maintain company culture
  • How to live out company values in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Best practices and actionable steps for building great teams
  • How to avoid unnecessary turnover
