Additionally, Alex is a faculty member for the American Management Association and also operates Skillful Communications, a training firm that provides coaching on communication and career development issues for organizations and individuals.

Janine Yancey - founder of Emtrain. Emtrain is a culture tech company that provides education, advice and analytics on workplace topics such as harassment, bias and ethics. A tireless visionary, Janine was a partner at Employment Law Partners where she specialized in solving labor and employment problems for high tech firms including Google, Intuit and a variety of start-ups. Her legal background led her to develop programs for and co-authoring many California state laws around harassment prevention, diversity, ethics, and compliance.

Alan Wilson, Vice-President and Co-owner of Tripwire Interactive. Alan has started 3 companies - sold one, shuttered the second and the third (Tripwire Interactive) is still growing 15 years in. Tripwire is a video game developer and publisher that has been grown from the beginning entirely off our own money, with no external funding.
