Hacking Investor Relations: Investor Update Best Practices (Mar 19, 2020)

Virtual · Zoom
Free · Guests welcome

Sending a regular investor newsletter has a *huge* ROI, and will set you apart from 95% of the other startups chasing the same pool of capital. Yet very few founders do it because it’s perceived to take too much time.

In this workshop you will learn:

+How to build a clean and elegant “Minimal Viable Update” in 15 minutes or less

+How to build a distribution list of prospective investors (and get them to “opt in” to receiving your Updates)

+How to use Investor Updates as a marketing tool to “warm up” prospects for your next round

+How to actively engage your current investors and other stakeholders

The talk is full of real-life examples, scripts and investor update best practices.
