Leadership, Alignment, and Company Culture - It all Starts with You
Virtual · ZoomFree · Guests welcome
***Recording: Helge's talk begins at minute 23***
Join us for an fnMentoring session with Helge Hellberg, about leadership, alignment, company culture, and how it all starts with you.
Following up on his fantastic workshop at the FN Summit last fall, this session will:
- Define how you can best create a corporate culture in your company
- Help you understand how you can have alignment with everyone on your team
- Help identify the qualities of what true leadership entails
- Help prevent burnout and frustration for you, your executive team, and employees
- Potentially save your marriage, friendships, and life
We dream of a company in which everyone has the same ownership of the problem we are trying to solve, and alignment with the approach.
We expect people to care about their roles and responsibilities, and about one another.
We want to create a workplace in which we feel great spending most of our awake time, and we also want to have some form of balance between work, time off, relationships, exercise, sleep, and -- oh yes, food -- all the things normal people call "life."
