About the Speaker:

Heather Rhyker brings over 15 years of expertise in personal development, life skills, mindset and mindfulness coaching, alongside her proficiency in fitness, wellness, and nutrition. Her comprehensive approach focuses on enhancing mental and physical wellness to bolster thriving in business, family, and various relationships.

Heather’s experience extends to guiding clients through significant weight loss for fitness competitions, assisting entrepreneurs in launching businesses, enabling employees to ascend to leadership roles, and helping parents streamline their schedules. With a career spanning 25 years in leadership roles across advertising, human resources, and event promotion, and as an owner of four businesses, Heather has coached a wide array of clients including executives, students, the elderly, medical professionals, athletes, and celebrities. Additionally, she has contributed as the director of a non-profit aimed at supporting homeless individuals. Heather resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and has two adult children.
